ERIN LUCIEN

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Erin Lucien, Founder of Springstone Advisory Services, has over twenty years of experience in merger and acquisition transaction advisory, finance and strategic consulting. Over the course of her career she has led the execution of sell-side, buy-side and consulting services for founder-led and venture-backed technology and business services companies. She has advised on private and public acquisitions, private equity recapitalizations for growth financing and capital raises.

In addition to her work with Springstone, Erin is also a Managing Director with District Capital Partners (DCP). Prior to founding Springstone in 2010, past investment banking includes roles Kipps DeSanto, Agility Advisory Services and Updata Capital. Erin received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from James Madison University.
